The Problem
Manual WhatsApp sales processes do not scale effectively. Responding to every inquiry manually is slow.
The Solution
Built an LLM agent with persistent memory to lookup products, log chats, and place orders directly.
Technical Approach
Orchestrated using n8n workflows with a LangChain agent. Integrates Google Sheets and WhatsApp Business API.
Outcomes
Automated end-to-end sales conversations with built-in guardrails.
